Salima Sugar Co. Ltd. is at the forefront of sugar production in Malawi, committed to excellence in every crystal of sugar we produce.
Owning 4,000 hectares of land, with 1,600 hectares alredy cultivation, our farm and factory are strategically located next to Lake Malawi, the second-largest lake in Africa.
We utilize a blend of drip, flood, and pivot irrigation, tailored to the specific needs of our sugarcane crops.
With a current processing capacity of 1,250 tons of cane per day, our factory operates for six months each year, from May to November, with the potential to expand capacity to 1,850 TCD.
